If for any reason you are not satisfied with a purchase we will issue a refund or exchange. There a few conditions:


We must be notified of intent to return within 2 days of receipt of goods.


Authorisation must be obtained by emailing us before anything is returned and item must be returned within 7 days of receiving our confirmation email.


Item must be returned in a resalable condition.  


Reason for return must be included in writing with the returned item.


We cannot accept returned underwear for hygiene reasons;


Item must be returned with all original packing at buyers expense;


Item must be unworn (apart from trying on);


Item must be unmarked;


Items of clothing must not smell of smoke, perfume etc.


Items returned that do not meet the above conditions will not be refunded and will be returned to the buyer once the buyer has paid for excess postage.


We will not issue refunds or exchanges until we are in possession of the returned item therefore recorded delivery is recommended.


Postage and packing charges are not refunded.


We charge a 15% restocking fee (£1 minimum charge per item) to cover our costs which will be deducted from the refund. This charge can be waived at our discretion.
